• Preparation of application for drawback claims.
• Preparation of Drawback Claim File.
• Submission of Drawback Claim File in Customs.
• Processing of Drawback Claim File in Customs.
• Co-ordination with Custom Dept.
• Co-ordination with Central Excise.
• Co-ordination with any other concerned Department.

Time for completion

• 4 working day.
• 1 additional working day in case of JNPT.

Documents required

• Authority Letter for processing the documents in customs.
• Forwarding letter to Customs for presentation.
• Triplicate Copy of Shipping Bill.(SBDBKT)
• Export Promotion Copy of Shipping Bill. (SBDBKEP)
• Customs Attested Invoice. (EINV)
• Customs Attested Packing List. (EPL)
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill. (EBL / EAWB)
• Mate Receipt.
• Test Report.
• Photo Copies of all relevant documents for Job.
• Any other documents as applicable.
